Most plumbing problems don't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Horicon dispatch board is staffed around the clock so a real person answers, not a voicemail.
We built Street Wise - Plumbing around a simple idea: the plumber who shows up should be the same caliber of professional whether it's a leaking faucet or a full sewer line replacement. Every technician working under our name in Horicon, WI is licensed, insured, and trained on the specific fixture ages and pipe materials common to homes here.
We've trained our team to diagnose the actual cause, not just patch the symptom. A slow drain in a Horicon kitchen is rarely just the trap — it's often venting, slope, or a buildup problem further down the line, and we check all of it.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Horicon team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Horicon, WI construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
Plumbing rarely fails without warning — it usually gives you a week or two of small signals before the big one. Watch for these.
A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet doesn't care what time it is, and neither do we. Our emergency crews carry shutoff tools, wet-vacs, and common repair parts so most emergency calls in Horicon are resolved in a single visit.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Horicon home needs, not just the easy jobs.
We work around your business hours where possible, not the other way around. Commercial clients across Horicon, WI rely on us for scheduled maintenance, backflow prevention compliance, and rapid response when a fixture goes down mid-shift.
Slow drains, recurring clogs, and sewer backups get diagnosed with real equipment — camera inspection and hydro-jetting — not guesswork. We'll show you exactly what's happening in the line before recommending a repair.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Horicon, WI homes.
We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the source before any demolition starts, so the repair stays focused instead of turning into a bigger project than it needs to be.
We replace failing shutoff valves and supply lines as part of fixture work rather than reconnecting new fixtures to old, brittle hardware that's likely to fail next.
A live dispatcher takes your call, gets a read on the urgency, and starts routing the nearest available technician.

Before a wrench touches anything, you'll get a written, upfront price for the repair — no surprise line items after the fact.
The repair is completed, the work area is cleaned up, and you're handed a written warranty on both parts and labor.
You approve a flat price before we start — never a rate that climbs once the job's already underway.
